We are looking for an experienced Communications Manager to join an international organization based in Prague. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and offers the opportunity to act as a trusted communications partner to senior business stakeholders.

You will take ownership of communications activities within your assigned area, drive impactful internal and external communication initiatives, and ensure consistency, quality, and business alignment across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement communication strategies aligned with business objectives
• Coordinate and deliver consistent internal and external communications plans
• Lead and manage communications projects end-to-end
• Act as a strategic communications partner to senior stakeholders
• Manage external agencies and vendors, ensuring quality delivery and ROI
• Create and oversee high-quality content across multiple channels
• Lead, coach, and support a small team and collaborate across communications functions

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in corporate, internal, or external communications
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience working in international and cross-cultural environments
• Excellent writing and storytelling skills
• Ability to translate complex business topics into clear, engaging messages
• Experience managing agencies and external partners is an advantage
• Resilient, proactive, and confident in working with senior stakeholders
• Fluent English (working language)
