Communications Manager (Corporate & Internal Communications) - Pharma

We are looking for an experienced Communications Manager to act as a strategic communications partner to the business.
This is not a marketing or product role – the focus is on corporate, internal and change communications in a highly regulated, international environment.

You will support senior stakeholders, lead communication initiatives end-to-end and ensure clear, consistent messaging across the organisation.

What you will do

• Act as a strategic communications partner to senior business and P&O stakeholders
• Design and support the implementation of communication strategies aligned with business priorities
• Lead and deliver internal and external communications projects (change initiatives, leadership communication, corporate topics)
• Ensure consistency and quality of messaging across channels and regions
• Develop clear, concise and engaging content for various audiences (employees, leadership, partners)
• Manage external agencies and vendors, ensuring quality, efficiency and ROI
• Coordinate communication resources and materials to support projects and initiatives
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and communications colleagues
• Coach and mentor a small team or act as a subject-matter lead within communications

What we are looking for

• Proven experience in corporate and/or internal communications
• Strong background in change communication, stakeholder management and project delivery
• Experience working in a large corporate or regulated environment (pharma / healthcare is a strong advantage)
• Ability to translate complex business topics into clear and impactful messaging
• Confident communicator with senior stakeholders
• Experience managing agencies and external vendors
• Comfortable working in an international, cross-cultural environment
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
