We are supporting a highly ambitious, science-driven organization in building its next phase of growth across Central & Eastern Europe. This is a regional commercial leadership role for a professional who wants to shape strategy, launches and impact, not just manage processes.

This position sits at the intersection of strategy, execution and collaboration – working closely with Marketing, Medical, Market Access, Supply Chain and Global teams, while partnering with local country leadership across multiple CEE markets.

Your impact

• Own regional commercial strategy for Rare Diseases / Hemato-Oncology across CEE
• Lead end-to-end launch excellence (pre-launch → launch → post-launch)
• Act as a key strategic partner to local affiliates without direct line management
• Drive cross-functional alignment to ensure patient access and commercial success
• Translate global strategy into strong, locally relevant execution
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders regionally and globally

What we are looking for

• Strong commercial background in Rare Diseases and/or Hemato-Oncology
• Proven launch experience (ideally across multiple markets)
• Ability to operate cross-functionally and cross-culturally
• Strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution
• Comfort working in complex, matrix organizations
• Fluent English (CEE experience is a strong advantage)
