We are currently looking for a Regional Fleet Manager – EMEA to take ownership of fleet procurement, operations, and governance across more than 20 countries in the EMEA region.

The Role - In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end fleet management across EMEA, working closely with procurement, HR, finance, payroll, and country leadership teams. You will play a key role in designing, implementing, and continuously improving fleet governance models, while ensuring compliance, efficiency, and business continuity. You will operate in a high-exposure, senior stakeholder environment, with direct interaction with country leadership, regional and global procurement teams, and key suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

• Regional responsibility for fleet governance across 20+ EMEA countries
• Ownership of fleet procurement and operations, including PO processes and compliance
• Managing and improving end-to-end fleet governance models
• Leading and coordinating Fleet Council meetings and follow-up actions
• Driving standardization, continuous improvement, and optimization initiatives
• Managing relationships with local, regional, and global fleet suppliers
• Partnering with centralized global teams to deliver sourcing and operational excellence
• Acting as a key point of contact for escalations related to AP, compliance, and governance

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree (Project Management, Finance, Economics or similar is a plus)
• 3+ years of experience in Procurement, Operations, and/or Project Management
• Experience with fleet leasing or fleet management providers is an advantage
• Strong stakeholder management skills in a matrix, international environment
• Solid understanding of financials, spend management, and governance
• Curiosity and interest in fleet market trends, innovations, and solutions
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
