HR Payroll Associate – International Environment (Prague) - French payroll

We are currently supporting an international organisation looking to strengthen its HR Payroll / People Operations team in Prague.

This role offers exposure to European payroll operations, close cooperation with internal HR teams and external payroll vendors, and involvement in payroll projects and system-related activities. It’s a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow within an international HR operations environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support payroll operations and payroll-related projects, including data checks and process setup
• Cooperate with internal HR teams and external payroll vendors
• Handle payroll-related requests and employee queries via HR ticketing tools
• Support pre- and post-payroll activities, monthly checks and reconciliations
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing in line with internal standards and local legislation
• Act as a point of contact for payroll-related topics for employees and HR stakeholders

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in payroll, HR operations or personnel administration
• Good understanding of payroll processes and payroll-related finance topics
• Experience with HRIS systems (SAP required; Workday is a plus)
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience working with HR ticketing tools
• Strong attention to detail and a customer-oriented mindset
• Fluent French and professional English are highly valued
