About Us

City Autolak ApS, located in 2635 Ishøj, Denmark, is a well-established company with roots dating back to the 1970s and has been owned by Jan Jespersen and Carsten Lund since 2003. We have 27 dedicated employees and are the only auto paint workshop in Denmark that operates 24 hours a day (Monday 7:00 to Friday 12:00). We offer a unique service with 24-hour delivery of cars to our customers – from booking to a fully painted car.

We paint up to 200 cars per week, so there’s always a fast pace here!

About the Position
We are looking for a qualified car painter to join our day shift. You will become part of a strong team with experienced colleagues and modern facilities.

Main tasks:

• Car painting (primary task)
• Quality control after painting
• Contribute to an efficient workflow in a busy environment

Working hours:

• 4-day work week (Monday to Thursday)
• Primarily day shift
• Must be able to cover night shifts during holidays and sickness (Special night shift allowance for hours between 18:00 and 06:00)

We expect you to:

• Have at least 5 years of experience as a car painter (sprayer)!
• Be reliable and responsible
• Work independently and keep an overview when the pace is high
• Have an eye for quality and detail
• Be a good team player with a positive attitude
• Understand and speak English

• Danish collective agreement with the following terms (hourly wage +):
• Holiday pay: 12.5%
• SH-money/Special Public holiday payment: 14.5%
• Pension: 13% (11% paid by the company and 2% by the employee) (Starting after 3 months of employment)
• Minimum hourly paid 770CZK with all above included (Brutto).
