Accountant (M/F/X)

We are looking for an Accountant (m/f/x) to join us in our headquarter in Czech Republic. In this role you will work closely with our Beauty and Fashion teams in supporting them on the daily basis within your area of expertise. You will be a part of Eastern Europe Finance team along with other Accounting Specialists and Finance Manager.
We offer forms of cooperation such as: collaboration on trade license (IČO) or contract through an agency.

In YOUR ROLE you can expect / Key Responsibilities:

• Process vendor invoices in compliance with company policies
• Act as the primary point of contact for vendors regarding payment specifications and invoice inquiries
• Manage employee expense claims and ensure timely reimbursement
• Prepare and execute supplier payment runs
• Post bank statements and reconcile accounts
• Record regular and ad-hoc journal entries accurately
• Provide general support to the accounting team on assigned tasks
• Assist with month-end closing activities to ensure timely reporting

 YOUR PROFILE/Required Qualifications:

• Solid understanding of accounting principles
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within an accounting or finance department
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Team player with positive attitude, flexibility and stress resistance

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX
• Working knowledge of Power BI or Power Query
• Prior experience in an international or matrix organization
• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
• Fluent communication skills in Czech and English
• Proficiency in handling MS-Office
