Marketing Specialist (Digital) — CZ & SK Markets | Remote/Hybrid (Ostrava) | NCPK (FamiCord Group)

• Location: Remote (Czech Republic/Slovakia) + 2–4 days/month in our Ostrava office/lab
• Contract: Full-time
• Salary: €2,000–€2,500 gross/month (based on experience)

NCPK is a small but fast-growing subsidiary operating in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, and part of the FamiCord Group — the largest stem cell bank in Europe and the 3rd largest in the world.
Across the Group, we have over 1,000,000 stored portions of biological material and operate a network of own laboratories across Europe, including the Czech Republic.

We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Specialist who will own digital marketing for two markets: Czech Republic and Slovakia, helping us grow awareness and generate qualified online leads.

Your mission

Build a consistent, data-driven digital presence and lead-generation engine across CZ & SK, while supporting offline brand materials when needed.

What you’ll do (key responsibilities)

• Run and grow NCPK social media (content planning, publishing, basic community management, performance improvements) for CZ & SK
• Manage and improve our website (content updates, landing pages, UX basics, conversion improvements)
• Create, launch and optimize Meta campaigns (lead-gen funnels, remarketing, A/B testing, budget control, reporting)
• Take care of Google positioning (SEO) (on-page SEO, content optimization, collaboration on improvements)
• Create and execute marketing strategy focused on online lead generation (channels, messaging, funnel thinking, measurable KPIs)
• Support creation of offline POS materials (briefs, coordination, basic design adjustments)

What we’re looking for (requirements)

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing
• Advanced English (written & spoken) for work in an international environment
• Ability to operate and interpret key marketing tools & data:
• Google Analytics (analysis, insights, recommendations)
• Meta Ads reporting (creating reports, drawing conclusions, optimization actions)
• SEO and GEO/local visibility basics
• Basic graphic skills (e.g., Canva/Adobe or similar) to create/adjust marketing assets
• A proactive, structured way of working: you can plan, execute, measure, and iterate
