We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator (TA Coordinator) to join a global HR team supporting international hiring operations. This role offers full remote work anywhere within the Czech Republic, while collaborating with stakeholders across Europe.

⭐ About the Role
As part of a multinational Talent Acquisition Coordination (TAC) function, you will support key hiring processes and contribute to delivering an outstanding candidate and stakeholder experience. You will own one or more coordination areas: pre-boarding, interview scheduling, or administrative support, working closely with Talent Acquisition Business Partners, Hiring Managers, and candidates.

This position supports a globally recognized healthcare company.

Key Responsibilities
Pre-boarding country specialist tasks:

• Create and manage offer letters (in the local language)
• Initiate and track background checks, medical screenings, and other employment verifications
• Escalate discrepancies and support compliance documentation
• Handle confidential candidate data in alignment with internal guidelines
• Ensure smooth communication and administrative excellence throughout the hiring process

🎓 Required Background

• University-level degree strongly preferred
• Fluency in German & English
• Minimum 1 year of HR or TA coordination/administrative experience
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and reporting capabilities
• Proficiency with MS Office; advanced Excel is an advantage
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced and evolving global environment

🌟 Desirable Experience

• Experience with HR systems, ideally Workday
• Background in pre-boarding (contract creation, global mobility, visa processing)
• Experience managing local and international stakeholders in a remote setting
• Proactive mindset, strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and accuracy
