Job Title: Electronics & Operations Technician (Hybrid Role)

Your Responsibilities

Technical tasks:

• Performing small electronic repairs and soldering work
• Diagnosing and fixing hardware issues
• Installing and configuring Windows operating systems
• Preparing and maintaining small PC systems
• Organizing technical equipment and documenting work

Operational tasks:

• Supporting daily office operations
• Performing simple device-related tasks (e.g., replacing small modules, checking equipment)
• Assisting colleagues during workload peaks
• Keeping documentation accurate and following internal procedures

Requirements

• Experience in electronics/hardware repair
• Ability to solder (basic–intermediate)
• Ability to install & configure Windows 10/11
• Good technical understanding and problem-solving skills
• Basic English
• Reliability and precision

• Full-time position (40 hours per week)
• 3-month probation with reduced salary
• Salary after probation: 40,000 CZK/month
