Our clients make countless decisions every day. Our goal is that they base them on how their processes actually run, not on gut feeling and assumptions.

Processand is a process intelligence consultancy of around 40 people, headquartered in Munich with an office in Prague. We help large companies understand how their processes really run - in Sales, Procurement, Production and Supply Chain - and turn that into measurable improvement. We combine Celonis and other process intelligence and automation tools with our own data science. Clients include Deutsche Bahn, Freudenberg Sealing Technologies, Knorr-Bremse and Rational, as well as leading brands in beverages, automotive and consumer goods.

The role

You work on process intelligence and automation projects for large clients, from raw system data to measurable changes in how a business runs. You dig into millions of orders, invoices or production steps and find where time is lost, where money is stuck and what can be automated. You set up the data models, dashboards and automations, then explain to the client what it means and how to turn those insights into value. A team lead and experienced colleagues review your work and help you grow.

What you will do

• Analyse any client process with a good amount of data behind it - e.g. in Sales, Procurement, Production or Supply Chain - to find inefficiencies, bottlenecks and automation potential.
• Build data models, dashboards and automations in Celonis and other process intelligence tools.
• Work with clients to design and roll out process improvements.
• Run workshops and present findings in business terms.

What you bring

Must-haves

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Mathematics, Physics, Data Science or a similar field.
• 0-3 years of experience. Graduates with relevant internships or thesis work are welcome.
• Hands-on with SQL or a programming language such as Python or R.
• A structured, analytical approach and the ability to explain findings in business terms.
• Fluent English (C1).

Nice-to-haves

• First experience with process mining tools (Celonis, Signavio, UiPath or similar).
• Consulting or client-facing experience (internships count).
• Czech and/or German.

The Prague team

Our Prague data science team has 4 people today and is growing. We work on shared projects with colleagues in Munich, to one standard. We are hiring a Data Science Team Lead and Data Scientists at the same time - you will help build the team, not just join it.
