The Opportunity

Join the GoPay team in České Budějovice as a Dispute Resolving Manager, responsible for transaction monitoring and evaluation, handling chargebacks, liaising with banks and the Czech Police, verifying merchant documents and requirements, auditing e-shops, resolving complex cases with the team, recording check results in the system, and contributing to process improvements. GoPay (part of Worldline) is a leading Czech online payment gateway that enables secure, streamlined payments for merchants and customers.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Transaction monitoring – checking and evaluating transactions
• Handling chargeback issues
• Communicating with banks and the Czech Police
• Checking documents and requirements at merchants
• Auditing e-shops
• Solving complex cases with the team
• Recording check results in the system
• Participating in process improvement

• Good communication skills, the ability to clearly explain findings to the sales team

• Resilience to pressure, the ability to prioritize tasks and follow through on them
• MS Office (Word, Excel) usage
• Suitable for graduates; experience is welcome but not required.
