Job Purpose

The Supply Chain Process Owner is responsible for continuous improvements of Supply chain processes and also responsible for designing effective and efficient processes, using the right teams and financial, technical and IT resources to run the process, delivering quality outcomes as required within the organization.

This role also takes a responsibility of role PTP Stream leader to collect the business demands from Supply chain teams, challenge them in collaboration with internal SAP CC team and convert validated business requirements into formalized SOPs, ensure Core Model consistency on Supply chain processes along with Finance processes.

The Supply Chain Process Owner is also responsible for the end-to-end execution of the process with the departments and has operational control of them. The Supply Chain Process Owner facilitates the daily activities and provides insight into where improvement is needed to enhance performance within company ERP.

The Supply Chain Process Owner works closely with all Supply chain teams: Global Planning team, other Planning functions, Logistic department (Warehousing, Transportation, Replenishment) and Production sites to review and optimize the existing processes and to build the Standard Operating Procedures and keep them up-to-date.

This role also fully covers the execution of processes on company ERP by defining the processing and supporting the implementation of changes of ERP by developing the testing scenarios, supporting User Acceptance Testing, training impacted teams and reviewing BPPs.

The role also covers design and build of reports at available reporting tool (Power BI, BI) and provides also analysis of the Supply chain data based on build reports.

Principal Responsibilities of the role

• Act as PTP Stream Leader to support building of SC processes on current ERP by design of them with cooperation with SAP CC
• Describe the links and interactions with other processes, build SOPs
• Intensively working on continuous improvements within Supply chain, investigate and propose process improvements
• Identify its documentation and training requirements
• Issue and maintain any procedures and instructions
• Implement processes consistent with the quality policy
• Make available necessary resources and information
• Operate and control an effective and efficient process
• Resolve any problems and prevent their recurrence
• Communicate process changes to the process users
• Define and manage interfaces with other processes
• Communicate input requirements to internal suppliers
• Track progress against process performance targets
• Communicate with process users to identify issues
• Identify risks and opportunities with current process
• Investigate and propose process improvements
• Support implementation of changes of the ERP by defining processes, coordinate all tests and required resources for tests based on the defined planning
• Design Reports at reporting tools, interpret data and analyze their results

Required Skills and Experience

• 2-3 year experience in material, supply or demand planning in a customer focused organization within the Pharma or FMCG industry
• Knowledge of ERP SAP
• Knowledge of HP ALM advantage
• Ability to take ownership and to deliver on commitments
• Strong team player with a positive attitude who is committed to the company’s success
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to influence others through demonstrated expertise
• Very good understanding of the end-to-end Supply Chain
• Understanding of Warehouse Management Systems
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Good reporting & presentation skills
• Fluent in English, French advantage
