We’re looking for a hands‑on L\&D leader who can design the strategy and build programs that help thousands of colleagues grow—fast. In this role, you’ll shape tomorrow’s skills, leaders, and culture across six countries in a dynamic logistics environment.

🛠️ What you’ll do:

• Craft a multi‑year L\&D strategy aligned to business goals and operational realities.
• Design and deliver blended programs (leadership, core skills, performance culture and talent programms) end‑to‑end.
• Apply our 3E philosophy (Education–Exposure–Experience) and a 70–20–10 approach.
• Measure impact with clear KPIs and dashboards; iterate quickly based on data and feedback.
• Partner with HR, Operations, and country teams to harmonize standards and scale what works.

🎯 What you’ll bring:

• Regional/multi‑country L\&D leadership experience, experience from logistics or FMCG segment is an advantage
• Strong instructional design & facilitation skills; comfort switching between strategy and execution.
• Agile mindset, data fluency, and collaboration skills to influence across functions.
• English on communication ready level; additional regional language(s) welcome. Willingness to travel.
