Sr. Key Account Manager - Poland (all genders)

Please note that this position is based in Prague and follows our hybrid working model. Relocation support is not offered.

The following adventures await you at Schleich:

• Drive the turnover and profitability of Schleich across multiple channels in Poland.
• Develop and execute annual joint business plans for key accounts in line with Schleich’s long-term brand strategy.
• Devise and negotiate terms and conditions that align with Schleich’s overall sales strategy.
• Manage forecasting, stock levels und demand fulfilment to ensure optimal product availability.
• Plan and implement permanent visibility concepts and sales activations for key retailers.
• Increase brand discoverability across pure players and retailers’ online channels.
• Create proposals for advertising, campaigns and innovative marketing opportunities – from concept to execution.
• Work closely with finance, supply chain, legal and other HQ teams while identifying new business opportunities.

Your story so far:

• 5+ years of relevant Key Account Management experience; industry knowledge is a plus.
• HBO/Bachelor degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or similar.
• You are opportunity-driven, proactive and eager to identify and exploit growth potential.
• Your style is data-driven, forward-thinking and built on challenging the status quo (“what if…”).
• Assertiveness, negotiation strength and the ability to represent brand interests confidently.
• You are passionate about strong brands and high-quality products.
• You work effectively independently and thrive in a dynamic, startup-like environment where ownership is key.
• Fluency in Polish and English plus solid MS Office skills.
