As a Calculation Specialist/Analyst you will be the backbone of our cost management process. Your mission is to deliver precise and transparent cost calculations that drive informed business decisions. This role blends analytical thinking with technical know-how, ensuring accurate cost structures and supporting strategic pricing. You’ll work closely with production, finance, and procurement teams, contributing to projects that optimize costs and improve efficiency across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain cost calculations and post-calculations.
• Determine and regularly update manufacturing and prime costs.
• Maintain calculation templates, machine data, shift models, and process parameters.
• Support transport cost procurement, transfer prices, and process costs.
• Contribute to projects and presentations related to cost analysis.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Strong ability to interpret complex data, perform cost analysis, and understand technical and business contexts.
• Hands-on experience with SAP, Qlik View, and advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data visualization).
• Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills; ability to present findings clearly to stakeholders.
• High attention to detail and structured approach to identifying cost drivers and optimization opportunities.
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Willingness to travel occasionally (e.g., to Manisa, Turkey) and adapt to dynamic project requirements.
• Strong sense of accountability for delivering accurate and timely cost calculations and reports.
