About the Role
Our client is an innovative tech company building AI-powered solutions for enterprise clients. This is a hybrid role (Product Designer + Product Manager) where you will own the full user experience across multiple SaaS products and influence product direction.

You’ll design intuitive interfaces, create wireframes and high-fidelity mockups in Figma, and collaborate closely with engineers. Beyond design, you’ll help define product vision, write specs, and coordinate development sprints.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end design: research, wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready mockups
• Build and maintain a design system for consistent implementation
• Create user flows for complex workflows and AI-native experiences
• Conduct lightweight user research and validate designs
• Write clear product specs and acceptance criteria
• Facilitate sprint planning and coordinate across the team

Requirements:

• Strong Figma proficiency
• Experience designing SaaS products (dashboards, admin consoles, workflow tools)
• Product thinking and ability to write clear specs
• Comfortable working directly with engineers and making scope trade-offs
• Excellent communication skills for remote collaboration
• Portfolio showcasing both design and product thinking
• Bonus: Experience with AI/LLM products, early-stage startups, design systems, user research, accessibility, or motion design
