We are looking for a Junior Legal Counsel to support our IT consulting team. This role is suitable for someone with initial experience or a strong interest in IT law, technology-related contracts, and compliance. You will work closely with senior legal colleagues and internal teams to ensure the smooth operation of legal services across our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and revising contracts with clients, vendors, and partners.
• Support legal tasks related to IT projects, including software implementation, licensing, and cloud services.
• Help assess regulatory and data protection requirements (e.g., GDPR) under the guidance of senior colleagues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify potential legal risks and ensure compliance.
• Conduct research on IT, technology, commercial law, and relevant industry regulations.
• Provide administrative and legal support to internal corporate processes.

Requirements:

• Law degree (Master’s).
• Initial experience or internship in commercial, corporate, or IT law is an advantage, but not required.
• Basic understanding of contract law, software licensing, or data protection regulations (GDPR) is welcomed.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a willingness to learn.
• Good communication and drafting skills in English.
• Ability to work in a team and pay attention to detail.

Preferred:

• Experience (or internship) in IT consulting, technology services, or commercial legal support.
• Interest in digital transformation and emerging technologies.
• Familiarity with international contracts is a plus, but not mandatory.
