In a few words

We are seeking a highly skilled and independent E-commerce Manager to lead and execute the development of the new vivo Czech online store. This role covers the entire e-commerce cycle — from planning, setup, and launch through to long-term operation and optimization.

Your Challenges:

• Lead the entire project of creating the official vivo Czech e-shop (from concept to launch).
• Manage the setup of all e-commerce processes, including product listings, pricing, UX, payments, logistics, and customer service.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners (web developers, agencies, logistics providers).
• Ensure timely go-live of the e-shop and manage all activities related to launch.
• Oversee daily operations of the e-shop, including product management, inventory coordination, promotions, and performance monitoring.
• Analyze traffic, conversion rates, sales data, and customer behavior to continuously improve results.
• Manage all communication and ongoing collaboration related to the e-shop.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, local regulations, and company policies.

Your profile includes:

• Proven experience in e-commerce management (preferably for a technology or consumer electronics brand).
• Strong understanding of online sales platforms, web analytics, UX principles, and digital marketing.
• Experience managing full project lifecycles, including cooperation with external vendors.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of a strategic project.
• Fluency in English and Czech.
