What you’ll focus on:

• Get ready for high-impact projects, as our mission is to help businesses of all sizes worldwide harness the power of AI, spanning from startups to the largest global players - from the Czech Republic to diverse regions worldwide
• Build solutions where machine learning and AI meet intuitive, user-friendly software
• Solve challenges across various domains - from bot detection and anomaly spotting to the latest progress in LLMs and generative AI
• Ensure production-level quality and help shape business and product strategy to drive real results beyond just algorithms

If you’re someone who prefers solving diverse challenges over a repetitive workload and has a strong technical grip on AI and ML, then you're the perfect fit for our team!

What will help you succeed in this role:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Fluency in Python combined with a deep understanding of software engineering best practices
• Deep understanding of ML concepts and experience with relevant libraries and frameworks
• Proficiency in AI concepts, including best practices for leveraging Large Language Models
• Familiarity with key AI/ML libraries such as scikit-learn, xgboost, or PyTorch
• Hands-on experience with data manipulation and analysis, including the ability to visualize and present findings
• Experience turning AI experiments and prototypes into stable, production-ready systems
• Drive to deliver production-level quality outcomes
• Excellent problem-solving and mathematical reasoning skills
• Strong ability to discuss the business value of your technical solutions and contribute to product strategy
