About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and highly driven Operations Manager to lead and develop our team in Prešov, Prague and partially Poland. This role is ideal for a strong leader who is passionate about people and achieving ambitious goals. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations in the office, overseeing team performance, improving internal processes, and fostering a productive work culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, support, and develop the office team to ensure high performance and engagement
• Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure all tasks are completed within defined scope and quality
• Set clear goals and performance expectations for team members
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, standards, and operational procedures
• Collaborate with management to implement strategic plans and company initiatives
• Create a positive, professional, and motivating office environment

Requirements

• Proven experience in operations, team leadership, or office management
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide people
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• Ambitious mindset focused on meeting and exceeding goals
• Proactive approach and willingness to take ownership
• Slovak or Czech language proficiency; English on communication level, German language is an advantage
• Regular business travels to Prešov (at least 1 x per month), occasionally to Germany
