We´re looking for a Financial Controller who is ready to take ownership, work independently, and be a trusted partner to our Finance Manager. This role is ideal for someone with solid finance experience who´s looking to grow further, without stepping into a senior leadership role just yet.

What You´ll Do:

• Manage financial planning, forecasting, and monthly reporting.
• Analyse costs, revenues, margins, and profitability.
• Perform variance analysis (vs. plan, YTD, MTD)
• Support month-end close and audit preparation.
• Collaborate daily with our Finance Manager, external accountant, and head office in Dubai.
• Contribute to process improvements and financial structure.
• Work independently while being a key part of a small, agile finance team (3 people total including external accountant).

What You´ll Bring:

• 2 – 4 years of experience in finance or controlling.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial logic.
• Experience with IFRS and local GAAP.
• Advanced Excel skills (Power Query / Power BI is a plus).
• Self-Driven, structured, and detailed-oriented mindset.
• Comfortable working independently and communicating with international teams.
• Fluent in Czech is an advantage and English is a must, both written and spoken.
