Pracovní nabídka
Commercial kitchen projects (new-build and refurbishment) require a dedicated approach with various levels of advice and consultation for various stakeholder groups. To meet this demand, we are looking for you as an internal consultant, expert and coach on these topics.
Your Responsibilities:
• As a Public sector Key account manager, you will dedicate a part of your time to operationally supporting and managing large, high-impact commercial kitchen sales projects
• You will build and develop relationships with key kitchen consultants and kitchen planners in the markets
• You will cooperate and train our Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) and Key Account Managers (KAMs), empowering them to succeed in complex project business
• You will strengthen RATIONAL’s position with kitchen consultants and drive empowerment initiatives for RSMs and KAMs
• You will collaborate closely with the HQ Competence Center and local teams to further develop and standardize kitchen project business processes internally
• You will support kitchen projects and contribute your expertise to the development of new kitchen concepts and kitchen concept training programs
Your Profile:
• Several years of experience in B2B sales and networking
• Proven coaching skills and experience in delivering training
• Technical background in foodservice equipment
• Leadership experience in the foodservice industry is an advantage
• Experience in buying center management and project management
• Strong kitchen process and kitchen concept knowledge, as well as solid ROI and business acumen
• Excellent communication skills across all hierarchical levels
• Ability to conceptualize and conduct trainings
• Profound understanding of the foodservice industry
• Fluent in English and Czech
• Willingness to travel up to 60% within the region
