Pracovní nabídka

Scope of work:

Preparation of employment contracts, amendments and other HR documents
Onboarding & offboarding (procedurally smooth and legislatively correct entry and exit).
Work with HR and attendance system - recording personal data, working hours, leave and absences& ensure high level of data accuracy
HR systems & digitalization: description and streamlining of workflow, digitalization of applications and approvals, data hygiene and basic reporting.
Preparation of payroll documents - cooperation with payroll accountant
Administrative support of the HR department and other related activities
Preparation of reports
Cooperation with global HR teams
Solving common work questions and employee problems.
Monitoring legislative changes in labor law.
Ensuring compliance with internal rules and labor regulations.
Other Shared service duties as assigned

Requirements:

University education
Experience in HR in a manufacturing company – min. 3 years
Active knowledge of English,
Basics of working with data and process documentation (SOP), orientation in HRIS is an advantage.
Interest in AI/automation
Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
Proactive approach, creativity, teamwork, communication and organizational skills
Responsibility, independence, diligence, systematicity
