We are currently seeking to hire a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner for Enterprise Functions EMEA region to join our team located in Prague, Czechia, for an estimated 6 month duration.

The Responsibilities & Impact YOU Will Have:

• Manage end to end recruitment cycle across EMEA region, leveraging your expertise to bring innovative recruitment strategies, source top talent, and navigate through offer management.
• Demonstrate strong business intimacy with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and other Business Stakeholders. Be the go-to expert, providing coaching, guidance and training, bringing to life the Talent Advisor mindset in your day-to-day activities.
• Translate business insights into a tangible recruiting strategy for each recruitment, showcasing your exceptional business acumen, deep market knowledge, and understanding of recruitment trends. Proactively share insights using various analytical tools, such as LinkedIn Insights to help hiring managers in data driven decision making.
• Proactively ensure best in class hiring manager & candidate experience, turning everyone into ambassador of Our Company.
• Play a crucial role in supporting your stakeholder groups by proactively sourcing exceptional talent across the EMEA region. Proactively offer a variety of direct recruitment methods, including LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, and advertising, to source the best-in-class talents.
• Embrace new technologies and tools, utilizing automation, AI, digital mindset, data driven decisions and storytelling with data in your role day to day.
• You will have opportunities to participate in exciting Talent Acquisition projects regionally and/or globally, contributing to our overall success and building a network on a global scale.
• Ensure you remain up to date with recruitment processes, local compliance, and legal requirements in your regions.

Qualifications:

We're excited to hear from YOU, if you possess the following skills and experiences:

• 3+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience managing volume, complexity and niche roles
• Experience using Workday Recruit, HireScore etc (advantageous)
• In-house and cluster/regional experience is a preference
• Proficiency in spoken and written English is essential; knowledge of additional EMEA languages is an advantage
• Strong ability to build trust and foster successful long-term partnerships with stakeholders, candidates, HR Business Partners, etc.
• A team player who promotes a positive team atmosphere and collaborates effectively.
• Global mindset openness to collaborate effectively across countries and cultures
• Excited by data and insights! Digital mindset focused on automation, new technologies as well as storytelling through data and insights to support and build recruitment strategies.
• Proactive pipelining and talent insights expertise through various tools i.e LinkedIn etc.

• Operational excellence and subject matter experts in all aspects of recruitment while upholding confidentiality and compliance.
