We’re Looking For a Senior Performance Specialist to join our PPC team for Czech and Slovak markets. You’ll plan, launch, and optimize campaigns, blending creativity with analytics to deliver outstanding results. You can work from any of our offices in Bratislava, Brno or Prague.

In your daily work, you will be responsible for:

• Independently planning, creating, and optimizing performance campaigns aimed at maximizing lead generation while maintaining optimal ROAS and CPL, ensuring high quality of execution,
• Monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing campaigns to achieve key performance indicators (ROAS, CPS, CPL, CPA), ensuring their efficiency and profitability,
• Designing testing schedules and evaluating hypotheses to drive continuous improvement in campaign results,
• Experimenting with new tools, communication channels, and features to enhance ROI and expand campaign potential,
• Collaborating with other departments (e.g., product, IT, creative, sales, and analytics) to implement optimizations and actions that improve campaign performance,
• Regularly reporting results on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis — with a strong focus on clarity, transparency, and data-driven insights.

Our Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in managing digital campaigns,
• Proficiency with tools such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Google Analytics,
• Experience in working with ad creatives and hooks on Meta Ads,
• Experience in conducting A/B tests and evaluating results using statistical methods,
• Knowledge of Google Tag Manager and the ability to integrate analytical tools to optimize marketing activities,
• Understanding of attribution models, conversion windows, and the ability to analyze channels within the marketing funnel,
• Experience working with non-standard data sources and the ability to analyze them effectively,
• Advanced proficiency in Looker Studio for creating clear and insightful reports and visualizations,
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, enabling precise data analysis,
• Strong commitment to achieving goals and a proactive approach to developing new solutions,
• Attention to detail, accuracy in documenting progress, and a structured approach to work,
• Fluency in English (B1+), sufficient for analyzing technical documentation and actively participating in international meetings.
• Native Slovakian or Czech speaker

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with tools such as TikTok Ads and LinkedIn Ads,
• Knowledge of the travel industry,
