INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT – LETTING/ BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

A well established and one of the fastest growing property development firm is looking to appoint a Letting / Business Development Manager to be based in Prague.

The main purpose of the role will be securing tenants for speculative developments as well as close communication with investors for built-to-suit projects.

The Letting / Business Development Manager will

• cooperate and regularly meet with real estate agents;
• search for new opportunities and potential tenants
• The role will also involve search for possibilities for new developments (land, development projects etc);
• monitor the market ;
• identify and deal with new clients and maintain relationship with existing ones as well as prepare and negotiate TOBs.

The Letting / Business Development Manager will represent the company by attending various networking events, presentations, conferences and fairs in the Czech Republic as well as abroad

Other activities of the role will include:

• Communication with internal asset management, development and acquisition departments;
• Participation in preparation of business plans, operational and project development budgets;
• Reports preparation for investor´s purposes;
• Close cooperation with marketing department and PR agency.

The Letting / Business Development Manager will have:

• At least 5 years of industrial letting experience on the Czech real estate market; outgoing personality as well as ability to build and maintain relationship with clients.
• Experience from a real estate consultancy or property developer/ investor is a big advantage
• Fluency in English and Czech is essential.
