We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Communications and Marketing Coordinator to join our Advancement Office. This entry-level role is perfect for someone passionate about storytelling, community building, and learning in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

What is the purpose of the position?

• As the Communications and Marketing Coordinator, you will support the development and delivery of creative communication, community-building, and fundraising strategies that connect, inform, and celebrate our school community.
• Working closely with colleagues in the Advancement Office, you will help create engaging and inclusive content, while supporting the planning and promotion of school events and fundraising initiatives.
• Through storytelling, design, and collaboration, you’ll play a key role in showcasing the achievements of our learners, strengthening relationships across our diverse community, and amplifying our mission to inspire, engage, and empower all learners to be curious, competent, and compassionate changemakers.
• You will create and coordinate content across all school communication platforms (website, social media, newsletters, digital screens, print materials). This includes production of multimedia content, including photography, video, and graphic design.
• You will liaise with teachers, students, and families to gather stories and highlights that reflect ISP’s values.
• And last but not least, you will also provide administrative and operational support to the Advancement Office as needed.

What kind of experience, skills and dispositions are we looking for?

• Creativity is one of the most important measures for this role
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English (B2 level or higher)
• Highly organised with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Culturally responsive with previous international exposure highly desired
• Team-oriented, adaptable, and willing to learn in a dynamic school environment
• Social and outgoing personality

Education and training desired:

• A degree or equivalent qualification in Communications, Marketing, Media, or a related field
• Entry-level experience or internships in a relevant role (education, non-profit, agency, etc.)
• Strong familiarity with social media platforms, digital content creation, and design tools, including AI-powered tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Express, Adobe Suite, CapCut)
