Purpose of Job

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join HH Global as we continue on a journey of growth with one of the top global sports brands.

Our client is expanding in the ever-evolving retail landscape, and they've entrusted us to support and enhance their in-store execution.

The successful Senior Project Manager will possess extensive expertise in managing complex in-store fit-outs across the EMEA region. Prior experience in fit-outs, layout planning, and a deep technical understanding of intricate fixtures, fittings and equipment are essential.

You should be adept at handling large-scale projects for multiple store openings with varying lead times. Your responsibilities will encompass receiving project briefings, managing day-to-day communications, providing quotations, and overseeing the complex execution.

Your role will involve a blend of project work, collaboration with clients, internal teams, and occasional on-site presence during installations. This presents an excellent opportunity for an experienced individual to contribute to the development of stores for a top-tier sports fashion brand.

Your core responsibility will be ensuring the successful delivery of sometimes intricate and multifaceted projects within the dynamic retail environment. You will cultivate strong relationships with your team and partners, fostering effective collaboration to consistently exceed our client's high expectations.

This role will operate on a Hybrid basis from our Prague office

Key Responsibilities

• Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with clients
• Take the lead in coordinating in-store fit-out deliveries, serving as the primary client contact day-to-day, overseeing the project from layout creation right through to installation
• Collaborate closely with your Account Manager/Account Director to extract comprehensive client briefs
• Create meticulous specifications for both internal and external clients, drawing from your client insights
• Elevate customer service standards for all stakeholders, both within the organization and externally
• Ensure precise, on-time delivery of in-store fit-out projects by monitoring their progress closely
• Drive innovation by implementing new methods and procedures when necessary
• Collaborate as part of a cohesive team to meet contractual obligations, and manage essential account administration and reporting
• Collaborate with Account Directors and Account Managers to identify and nurture new business opportunities, contributing to our continuous growth

Knowledge, Skills + Experience

• Strong skills at developing relationships in an organic fashion
• Experience of managing store fit-outs or interior construction projects is preferred
• A great project / program manager, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Account management experience, working within a contracted environment to strict SLAs (service level agreements) and KPIs (key performance indicators)
• Numerate with a strong commercial understanding
• Strong time management and prioritization skills
• Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines, with a good sense of humor
• Is professional, courteous and calm under pressure
• Approachable and confident to offer advice in meetings
• Able to manage and communicate with key client stakeholders to successfully deliver and exceed their expectations
• Good excel skills
• Experience in trouble shooting unexpected project issues and implementing preventative measures is preferred
• Experience in liaising directly with clients and leading the project is preferred
• Fluent in English is a must, fluent in Czech is an advantage
