Field Service Engineer – Injection Molds and Hot Runner Systems

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Field Service Engineer to join our international service team. Based in the Liberec region, you will support customers across the Czech Republic and the wider EMEA region, with occasional global assignments. Your mission is to ensure professional installation, commissioning, and maintenance of injection molds, cube molds, controllers, and hot runner systems at customer sites or in-house.

Main responsibilities:

• Install, commission, and service injection molds, cube molds, controllers, and hot runner systems.
• Diagnose technical issues and perform mechanical and electrical repairs.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and troubleshooting at customer sites.
• Provide technical training to customers and ensure correct operation and maintenance.
• Document service activities and report technical feedback to the organization.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Independently plan and organize international travel for service assignments.

Your profile:

• Completed apprenticeship as a toolmaker, precision mechanic, or process mechanic.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with injection molds and hot runner systems (hydraulics experience a plus).
• Solid knowledge of plastics processing and injection molding technology.
• Experience with electrical installation or control systems is an advantage.
• Confident in using MS Office, CAD/3D tools, and ERP systems (SAP or Epicor preferred).
• Good command of English (spoken and written).
• Willingness to travel internationally (> 60 %).
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
