Key Responsibilities & Accountability:

Tracking eligibility of payment requests made by our clients.
Controlling if all requirements are fulfilled for the payment.
Approving or denying payment requests on the given timeframe.
Coordinating with the Customer Support and Finance Departments.

Requirements:

Basic knowledge of accounting or finance.
Educational background in the field of economy, accounting or finance is adefinite plus.
Near fluent English, both spoken and written.
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
Able to work unsupervised.
Reliable & Process driven.
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
Flexibility (right now Monday to Friday, 8 AM–4 PM).
Knowledge of French is an advantage.
