Are you an experienced Payroll expert with strong knowledge of French payroll legislation and a passion for improving processes?

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading global pharmaceutical organisation that is currently transforming and modernising its payroll operations across Europe.

What you’ll do

Act as the subject matter expert for French payroll within a large-scale payroll transformation project.
Lead and facilitate workshops to define requirements and ensure alignment with local legal and corporate policies.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams on payroll system design, process optimisation, and data migration to a new payroll vendor.
Ensure accurate integration with Time & Benefits processes.
Drive communication and adoption of the new payroll solution among key stakeholders.

What you’ll bring

Proven experience managing or supporting French payroll operations.
Excellent knowledge of local labour and payroll legislation.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Fluency in English and French.
Experience with tools such as ADP GV, Workday, or SAP is a strong advantage.
