Sales Team Lead – Advertising Sales (EU/ASIA/USA)

We’re seeking a driven and experienced Team Lead to oversee and expand our international B2B sales team. In this strategic and hands-on role, you’ll manage a team of four Sales Managers, actively contribute to sales efforts, and play a key role in growing our client portfolio across Europe, Asia, and the USA.

This position combines leadership, recruitment, onboarding, and direct client acquisition, offering a unique opportunity to shape the future of our global sales operations.

Your Profile:

• Proven track record in B2B sales (B2C experience is not applicable)
• Experience working in international business environments
• Strong background in team leadership and recruitment
• English proficiency at minimum B2 level; Russian is a plus
• Comfortable working with adult content
• Bonus: Experience in IT, fintech, or SaaS

Your Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Revenue generated from new clients
• Number of new advertisers / leads acquired
• Overall team performance and successful recruitment of new Business Development Managers (BDMs)

Working Conditions:
Primarily on-site work - Prague Libeň
Monday to Friday, 8 hours/day
Flexible start time between 8:00–10:00
