We are seeking an accomplished, dynamic and hands-on HR Business Partner to join our HR team in the Czech Republic.In this role, you will act as a trusted partner to leaders and employees, driving HR process execution, talent acquisition/ development /engagement, and operational excellence. You will play a key role in implementing global HR initiatives locally, ensuring compliance with local legislation, and fostering strong relationships with both management and employee representatives.
Location: Prague, Czech Republic (On-site with domestic travel)
Reporting & Team Structure: reports to the Market Unit HR Lead; leads a team of 3 HR Specialists.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Execution
Drive HR process (recruitment, compensation & benefits, learning and development, engagement) execution locally by consulting and training managers and employees.
Collaborate closely with global and regional Centers of Excellence and HR Operations to ensure consistent implementation of HR programs and initiatives.
Implement global policies locally and develop local policies and instructions based on national labor laws and business needs.
Employee Relations & Compliance
Partner with employees, managers, and employee representatives to resolve employee relations matters (labor law issues, disciplinary cases, conflicts, mediation and negotiation) in line with company policy and local labor law.
Creating and maintaining internal HR policies and employment-related documentation.
Ensure smooth communication and collaboration with employee representatives, maintaining a positive and compliant working environment.
Talent Acquisition & Development
Perform end-to-end recruitment for frontline and non-English-speaking office roles.
Support hiring managers in talent selection and onboarding, ensuring alignment with company culture and workforce planning needs.
Contribute to learning, employee development, and performance management initiatives.
Leadership & Team Management
Lead, coach, and develop a team of three HR specialists, ensuring high standards of service delivery and continuous improvement.
Promote collaboration, accountability, and knowledge sharing within the HR team.
Developing company culture and employee engagement in line with Brink’s values and strategy across all branches in the Czech Republic.
Systems, Reporting & Continuous Improvement
Ensure timely HR system updates and accurate local and global HR reporting.
Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement, efficiency, and alignment with global standards.
Requirements:
Minimum 10 years’ experience as an HR Business Partner managing a wide range of HR processes (performance management, employee relations, recruitment, learning and development, payroll, and personnel administration).
Bachelor’s degree.
Experience in matrix and multinational environments, with strong stakeholder partnering skills – preferred.
Team leadership experience
Strong track record in frontline or blue-collar employee relations, engagement and recruitment in Czech Republic (national level).
Excellent understanding of Czech labor law and HR best practices.
Fluency in Czech and English (both written and spoken).
Willingness to travel domestically as needed. Drivers’ license is preferred.

Strong communication and influencing skills with the ability to build trust across all levels.
Proven problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
High attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative global HR network.
Knowledge of Lean or continuous improvement principles will be viewed as an advantage.
