We are looking for a dynamic colleague for the position:

What will you be responsible for?

Process and match incoming payments with the relevant invoices
Monitor customer payment morale - does the customer pay on time?
Set and review credit limits for new and existing customers in collaboration with the branch
Process customer complaints
Carry out monthly closures
Reporting as required by the company
Make daily phone calls to customers and branch abroad
Participate in the improvement of existing processes

What do we expect from you?

Italian and English language at very good level - daily contact with native speakers
High school/college education - also suitable for graduates who can be trained
Responsibility, diligence and attention to detail
Independence, self-reflection and a willingness to work on yourself constantly
