What you will do:

From international conferences to private celebrations. Your mission: plan and coordinate every detail so that clients’ visions become reality. You will work behind the scenes to ensure each event runs smoothly, collaborating closely with internal teams and clients to deliver memorable experiences.

• Ensure a smooth planning and understanding of the client’s requirements
  
• Coordinate events from initial inquiry through final execution, ensuring precision and quality
• Prepare clear and detailed event documentation, timelines, and floor plans
• Conduct site inspections and guide clients through their event journey
• Liaise with all hotel departments to ensure seamless delivery
• Support team initiatives, promotional activities, and event strategy
• Maintain a high standard within our banqueting event orders

What we are looking for:

• Highly organized, detail-focused, and proactive
• Passionate about event planning and delivering exceptional experiences
• Strong communicator and team player
• Previous experience in event planning, hospitality, or related roles is a plus
• Business-level Czech and English (other languages a plus)
• Desire to grow and develop within a global brand
