Junior Product Manager

We are looking for a junior member to join our international Orsay product team to help us with data maintenance of the production and product planning processes. We are looking for an organized person with a strong eye for detail who wants to learn and participate in planning, development, and overall coordination.

What will be your main tasks:

• Gather and analyze data:

Collect and analyze product performance metrics across various sales channels to provide a basis for management decisions. You will prepare reports about sales, returns, stock levels and others.

• Data maintenance:

Ensure all product information is properly entered and maintained in the product range management system and supporting data files. You will be the owner of the product information database and be responsible for its accuracy.

• Order Processing:

Closely cooperate with Head of Sourcing to be able to prepare and create product orders in our system.

• Collaborate with teams:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sourcing, operations, logistics, design, marketing, retail, e-commerce and others to ensure successful product development and launches. Help us create inspirational catalogues and presentations for our team and partners.

Requirements:

• Analytical and data-driven approach, eye for detail, meticulous approach to work.
• English at least level B2, fluent in Czech/Slovak is an advantage to work effectively with multicultural teams.
• Organizational skills and the ability to manage tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel is required
• Advanced Excel skills and PBi knowledge are a major advantage.
• Fashion industry knowledge and/or enthusiasm about it is also a big advantage.
