The company has a broad product offering, including crawler and wheeled excavators, wheel loaders, articulated dump trucks, mini-excavators and attachments for rental, construction, quarrying, mining and general industry worldwide.

We are looking for pro-active, positive and responsible person with ability to think globally, good team-member for position Sales Support Analyst:

Main Responsibility
• Monthly declaration Industry data to association and third parties (CECE/AEM, UK, Germany, Italy, France, Vista Operation hours, OHR) and Power BI data management for existing reports + Market Analysis
• Sales-related data (Retail/Wholesale/Inventory/Backlog/Orders/Market & Market Share) management in internal system by communicating with IT team
• Initiate and communicate new report development with IT team on demand
• Analyze Sales performance by region and by partners and update existing reports regular base
• Ad hoc tasks as per demand

Details

Monthly Industry declarations
• Update monthly Industry declarations with associations (CECE/AEM) and 3rd parties (UK, Germany, Italy, France, OHR)
• Generate and manage the raw data related to management accounting. (CO and PA data, cost structure, etc.)
• Update Power BI report by quarter; gather information from external sources/providers

Update existing Reports and Ad hoc projects
• Update progress of existing reports and create new ones to improve the decision making
• Support all documentation needed for the requests from internal stakeholders and ad hoc tasks

Sales performance review
• Analyze performance by region, by dealer and summarize/present its implication

Internal system DI360 (Palantir)
• Monitor consistency of data in internal system (DI 360 by Palantir) and communicate with IT any discrepancy and update
• Interact with IT to develop new report in the system on demand

Job Requirements
• Education & Qualification: Bachelor's Degree - Economy, Business administration (preferred), Engineering
• Language: English (oral and written) at a fluent level; any other European Languages can be an advantage
• Strong project management and problem solving skills
• General knowledge in MS Office, especially excel and power point. Knowledge of Power BI tool is a plus
• Knowledge of Manufacturing industry
• Good understanding of the distribution model via dealers (B2B)
• General knowledge in sales and marketing
• Experienced in a strategy/Planning
• Ability to work in a multinational and multilingual working environment
