We seek a talented game designer with a keen eye for user experience, user interface and game features to join our team and immerse themselves in our truck-driving games! If this sounds as exciting to you as it does to us, we’d love to hear from you!

What to expect

You’ll research and propose new feature designs, and effectively visualise and communicate them with other teams, employing UX/UI and feature workflows that will be project specific. These designs will result in detailed mock-ups of user cases and gameplay flow, enabling all stakeholders and developers to clearly envision the feature before its implementation, as if they were already experiencing it in the game.

Your work will include:

• Gaining a basic understanding of all aspects of our trucking game and development, from map creation, asset and vehicle construction through to marketing, to ensure your designs are well thought out, managed in their scope and meet production expectations.
• Researching all aspects of the assigned feature, gathering inspiration and best practices.
• Creating UI drafts, wireframes, and mock-ups using Figma for your design iterations to visualise the user experience flow and gameplay scenarios.
• Mastering the game’s semantics and specific trucking terminology to write clear and concise in-game descriptions and texts in English.
• Analysing and understanding the impact of your designs on players and how the feature will be received.
• Collaborating with UX and system designers to integrate the feature seamlessly.
• Staying constantly connected with the programming department and other involved teams, as you will be expected to oversee your feature from concept and prototyping to the final release.

• You are self motivated and committed to creating an awesome trucking game experience.
• You can showcase your previous UX and/or UI work, which may include wireframes, UX flows, interactive prototypes, and similar projects.
• You are proficient in using Photoshop, Figma, or similar industry-standard tools.

Considerable Pluses:

• Experience in PC, console, mobile development
• Scripting and modding experience
• Experience and passion for the driving simulator genre
