At our modern office in Ústí nad Labem, you will take care of our French clients, process their orders, and ensure that they always receive first-class service. This is a key position where your work will have a direct impact on customer satisfaction and our growth in the French market.

Your responsibilities:


- Communicating with French-speaking customers by phone and email, handling their requests

- Processing orders, tracking deliveries, customer care

- Informing customers about the product range, news, and ongoing promotions

- Building and maintaining relationships with existing clients and supporting the acquisition of new customers

- Preparing price offers and supporting the sales team in administration for the French market

- Participating in trade fairs and special events

Your Profile:


- French at B2 level for everyday communication with customers

- English or Czech at B2 level for smooth internal collaboration

- Strong communicator with a customer-focused and friendly approach

- MS Office

- Reliable team player who enjoys cooperation and shared success
