Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries
• Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
• Creating sales documents in the system
• Handling customer complaints
• Providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
• Keeping records of customer interactions
• Close cooperation with the sales team
• Creating and adjusting offers and customer letters
• On-time dispatch of information material to customers
• Editing and evaluating trade fair reports
• Ensuring the documentation in the CRM system
• Consignment stock handling
• Consignment Inventories
• Pricing
• Maintaining NEOS database
• Training new colleagues in Customer Service

Your profile:

• Academic degree in Business Studies or similar

• Min. 5 years work experience in customer service / logistics
• Native Czech or Slovakian speaker
• Solid English, both written and spoken (at least B2)
• Good knowledge of MS Office programs (especially Word and Excel)
• Good communication skills
• High customer orientation
• Reliability and teamwork
• Result-oriented
• Knowledge in handling ERP systems (SAP)
