We’re looking for a strategic and data-driven People Analytics & Insights Associate Director to help shape and lead the global People Analytics strategy for a major international life sciences organization.

In this role, you’ll combine advanced analytics, consulting expertise, and data storytelling to deliver insights that directly influence senior leadership and drive key workforce decisions. You’ll design predictive models, standardize analytics across regions, and help the business make smarter, evidence-based decisions about people, performance, and strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Co-develop and execute a People Analytics strategy aligned with HR and business priorities.
• Use statistical and machine learning techniques to predict trends in areas such as attrition, engagement, and talent flow.
• Drive standardization of analytics tools, dashboards, and data models across the organization.
• Deliver clear and compelling data visualizations using Power BI or similar platforms.
• Translate complex data into strategic insights and narratives for senior stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional analytics projects in collaboration with HR, IT, and business leaders.
• Ensure data integrity and quality across multiple systems and data sources.

What You’ll Bring

• Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD preferred) in Data Science, Statistics, Psychology, Economics, or Decision Science.
• 3+ years of experience in People Analytics or HR Data Science.
• Proven ability to deliver predictive models and actionable insights that shape workforce decisions.
• Expertise in tools such as Power BI, Workday, Excel, and Python.
• Strong experience in stakeholder engagement and executive communication.
• Excellent English (written and spoken).
• Experience in cross-functional and multicultural environments.
