We’re looking for a Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer to join a newly established global IT team and play a key role in migrating workloads to Azure, modernising infrastructure standards, and building a secure, efficient cloud-first environment across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Co-develop and implement the global IT infrastructure strategy
• Lead Azure migration projects and design secure, high-performing cloud environments (landing zones, backup, DR)
• Define and roll out a standardised LAN/WAN and SD-WAN setup for all sites globally
• Create and maintain a target infrastructure landscape – stable, secure, and cost-efficient
• Collaborate closely with IT Security to ensure compliance and resilience
• Mentor junior engineers and help build a strong, high-performing infrastructure team

Your Profile

• Expert-level knowledge of Azure and virtualisation technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)
• Hands-on experience with data centre migrations, storage (SAN/vSAN), and cloud-based backup/recovery solutions
• Strong understanding of LAN/WAN/SD-WAN technologies
• Proven track record of delivering in complex, multi-country IT environments
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across global teams
• Fluent English
