Production Manager - machining

Main Mission:

Lead Meopta’s Machining Division, managing ~200 employees to deliver precision manufacturing excellence. Drive strategy, optimize operations, and align machining capabilities with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and execute machining strategy.
Lead supervisors and teams to meet quality and output targets.
Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and automation to improve efficiency.
Monitor KPIs like OEE and ensure compliance with standards.
Collaborate across departments to support supply chain and quality.
Manage budgets, drive cost savings, and support sustainability.

Requirements:

Degree in Engineering or related field.
10+ years in manufacturing leadership, ideally in machining.
Proven success in lean transformation and scaling operations.
Deep knowledge and experience of high-precision machining (accuracy within 1–3 µm).
