The successful candidate will manage communications with internal and external stakeholders, support virtual and live events, and ensure smooth project delivery in compliance with company standards and client requirements. Candidate needs to be based in Czech Republic - local or expat

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate project activities, timelines, and deliverables.
Prepare and manage virtual platforms for project execution.
Communicate with the compliance team to ensure adherence to internal and client standards.
Provide on-site support during live events.

Qualifications:

Students of Project Management, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and virtual platforms (Zoom, Teams, etc.).
Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
Oral and written fluency in English (C1-C2 level) is a must
