We are seeking a Project Manager to support the planning, coordination, and execution of diverse projects within MphaR. The successful candidate will manage communications with internal and external stakeholders, support virtual and live events, and ensure smooth project delivery in compliance with company standards and client requirements. Candidate needs to be based in Czech Republic.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as a main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Coordinate project activities, timelines, and deliverables.
Prepare and manage virtual platforms for project execution.
Handle contract management and documentation.
Communicate with the compliance team to ensure adherence to internal and client standards.
Provide on-site support during live events.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and virtual platforms (Zoom, Teams, etc.).
Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
Willingness and ability to travel for business events.
Oral and written fluency in English (C1-C2 level) is a must
