As a London Stock Exchange listed company seeking to maintain the highest governance standards, Eurowag offers unique experience for its legal roles. As a member of the in-house legal team based in Bratislava, you are tasked with providing a wide variety of in-house legal advisory support services for the whole Eurowag group, consisting of over 50 entities.

Main position responsibilities and objectives

• General legal advisory (consultations, analysis, legal opinions) as a member of the in-house legal team;
• Communication and cooperation with Line-Manager-approved external legal advisors;
• Providing a wide array of legal support services on an ad-hoc basis, as and when assigned to you through the JIRA ticketing system or, directly or indirectly, through the Line Manager, including (but not limited to) the following: o participating in significant projects within the Legal department and the Eurowag group with a focus on consultancy in various areas of private and public law;
• Identifying legal risks and monitoring of risk exposure within the Eurowag group;
• Negotiating, drafting and revising contracts relating to the Eurowag group’s operations, business, products and services across its jurisdictions of operation, with particular areas of expertise to be determined upon conclusion of the Employee’s probationary period; e.g., customer contracts, fleet management services, payment solutions, e-mobility solutions, fuel and alternative fuel supply, fuel station operations;
• As and when so requested, researching and/or monitoring specific topics in legislation and regulations that may affect any of Eurowag group’s business or operations;
• Assisting upon request and/or managing (as the case may be) administration of confidential documents, corporate government documentation, IP portfolio documentation, POAs and other internal legal documents of Eurowag group companies.

Required qualifications and competencies

· Master´s and/or JuDr. degree at university of law (Czechia);

· Native Czech; fluent professional English (written and spoken);

· User knowledge of MS Office and other company software;

· Developed interest in legal AI solutions and willingness to improve skills and to share know-how

· Commercial savvy and attentiveness to detail;

· Active and positive approach;

· Effective communication skills;

· Ability to adapt and respond to changing work situations and environments
