We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Communication Specialist to join our Marketing team. You’ll be responsible for helping shape and deliver the company’s external communications—from running client campaigns and events to coordinating content and managing day-to-day operations. If you're a natural organizer with strong communication skills and a hands-on mindset, you’ll fit right in.

Role Responsibilities:

• Support the development and execution of marketing communication plans aligned with company goals.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns across channels and monitor performance.
• Organize and support industry events, trade shows, and client activations.
• Manage the production of marketing materials (leaflets, brochures, POS, merchandise).
• Oversee the internal e-shop (select items, handle orders, track budgets, resolve technical issues).
• Administer MarCom invoices and collaborate with the accounting department.
• Lead or assist in procurement processes (vendor selection, tenders, contracts).
• Liaise with external agencies and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality.
• Cooperate with cross-functional teams including sales, products, and customer service.
• Maintain marketing documentation and manage team travel/expenses (via SAP Concur).

Job requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in marketing communications, preferably in B2B or transportation-related industries.
• Strong project coordination and campaign management experience.
• Solid organizational skills and attention to detail—you keep things running on time.
• Able to manage multiple projects independently while staying solution focused.
• Excellent communication in both English and Czech/Slovak (written and spoken).
• Comfortable working with suppliers and negotiating with external partners.
• Familiarity with JIRA, CRM, marketing tools, or SAP systems is a plus.
