Finance Manager – International Company (Modletice, Prague)

We’re looking for an experienced Finance Manager who will play a key strategic role in leading local finance and reporting to HQ located in Europe.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the Czech finance function (1 accountant + external payroll consultant)
• Oversee accounting, tax, and financial reporting in compliance with Czech standards and HQ requirements
• Ensure smooth cooperation with the regional controller and international finance team
• Contribute to business decisions through data-driven insights and financial leadership

We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Finance Manager or Senior Finance Lead
• Background in international/multinational companies
• Solid understanding of Czech accounting standards and tax
• Experience in product-oriented businesses.
• Fluent English and Czech/Slovak – written and spoken.
