· Benefits Administration: Manage benefits for joiners and leavers and liaise with external suppliers to resolve issues.
· Payroll Support: Time attendance corrections and closures, audit of joiner and leaver documents.
· Leaver Administration: Managing leavers process, system access closure, and administer exit documents.
· Visa: Work with FNZ external provider to ensure legal employment of foreign nationals.
· HR Systems & Tools: Work with HRIS and assist with system issues (Workday and People Portal), maintain HR intranet pages, and ensure up-to-date information.
· Ad-Hoc Projects & Reporting: Prepare HR reports, support implementation of HR initiatives and projects, and contribute to process improvements.
· Familiarity with Czech labour law and experience with the employment of foreign nationals needed.
· Confident with well-developed written and verbal communication skills in Czech and English.
· Minimum of 1 year of experience in People operations, preferably in an international corporate environment.
